We want you to love your purchase from Abby's Babywear! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and return process.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Please note that custom and personalized items may require an additional 5-7 business days for creation before they are shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Return Policy

We hope you and your little one adore your new items, but if you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Window

You can return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized items

Worn or washed items

Sale items.

How to Start a Return

  1. Please email us at abbys.babywear@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We will reply with instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at abbys.babywear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right!
